All orders may be placed via phone, fax or email. Hours of operation are Mon. – Fri. 8:00am – 4:30pm PST.
All orders must be prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Check or Money Order. Body, body packages and chassis orders will require a deposit of 50% of the overall invoice total. Remaining balance will be due prior to shipping.
A shipping and handling charge will be added to every order. U.S. orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS. Some parts due to size will ship freight. Roadster body orders ship F.O.B. Portland, Oregon. Coupe body orders ship F.O.B. Detroit, Michigan. Claims for damaged goods must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Prices are available online or through our catalog. Prices are subject to change without prior notice or approval.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the contents of an order immediately upon receipt. Shipping damage or errors are to be reported to S.A.R. within 5 business days.
Returns must me made within 30 days of invoice date, no refunds after 30 days. Refund amounts do not cover shipping expenses. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
All returned goods require prior authorization from S.A.R. and are to be accompanied by a copy of the S.A.R. invoice on which the sale occurred. All returns made without a valid reason for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted if item is installed, damaged, altered, or painted. No returns on special order items. Parts shipped in error will be exchanged if the part has not been installed or altered in any way.
